TIME SHEET SYSTEM FOR VILLAGE HOMES

Village Homes (www.VillageHomes.com) , located in Littleton Colorado, is the largest privately owned homebuilder in Colorado.  Village Homes was seeking an easy-to-use solution for allowing their employees to submit their time to their payroll department for processing. 

After considering several alternatives, Village Homes enlisted Pragmatic Software (www.pragmaticsoftware.com)  to create a custom time sheet system that allows their employees and hourly contractors to submit their time.

"Village Homes required that the system be easy to use and to allow approval processing between employees and their supervisors", says Steve Miller, President of Pragmatic Software.   Our solution automatically creates time sheets every 2 weeks, automatically filling in their standard hours.  This design allows quick processing of time sheets, as their employee reviews the standard hours, makes any needed changes and submits it for approval.  Once time sheets are submitted for approval, their supervisor logs in and approves or rejects the time sheet.  Upon approval, the payroll department is notified that the time sheet is ready for processing. This design was very user-friendly, taking employees less than 2 minutes to submit a time sheet," adds Miller.
